ANIMA is an international network dedicated to economic integration between Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. As part of the Euromed Clusters Forward project, a four-year initiative funded by the European Union, we support the strengthening of clusters in the southern Mediterranean region by improving legal policies, developing capacities, and fostering regional cooperation.
Position: Consultant Expert in Public-Private Dialogue
As part of the Euromed Clusters Forward project, we are recruiting a consultant expert to lead a public-private dialogue in Tunisia. The main objective is to promote cluster development and collaboration policies, improve the regulatory framework, and encourage cooperation among the actors of the quintuple innovation helix. This work aims to optimize business performance and enhance their competitiveness.

- Mission: Conducting a public-private dialogue to promote cluster development policies in Tunisia
- Location: Tunisia
- Duration: 10 months

Required profile:
- Proven experience in public-private dialogue and cluster development
- Strong knowledge of Tunisia’s regulatory and economic context
- Skills in coordinating and facilitating institutional and economic stakeholders
- Proficiency in French and English, Arabic would be an asset
