Marseille Hosts Hackathon: Technology Empowering the Blind

Let’s See Your Ideas: the Inclusive Tech for People with Visual Impairments

The “Let’s See Your Ideas” hackathon by Strapplife puts technology at the service of inclusivity by bringing together developers, designers, accessibility experts, and blind people to co-create solutions tailored to their needs. Applications, navigation tools, voice recognition, and assistive devices: the projects aim to enhance the independence and quality of life of blind people.

During the digital campaign, students will be invited to form teams of three and, via an online form, submit original solutions to one of the challenges faced by visually impaired people.

ANIMA is proud to be a partner of this event and will participate in the jury for the entrepreneurs’ pitching sessions, helping to highlight the most innovative ideas.

Beyond technological innovation, this hackathon raises awareness of the daily challenges of accessibility and promotes social innovation. Its goal is to contribute to a more equitable and accessible future for all.
