Road to Barcelona +30″ Conference : A Key Step Toward Strategic Euro-Mediterranean Integration

We are pleased to announce the participation of our General Delegate, Emmanuel Noutary, in the “Road to Barcelona +30 – Beyond Cooperation: Towards Strategic Integration in the Euro-Mediterranean area” conference, to be held on September 4–5, 2025, at the Foment del Treball Nacional headquarters in Barcelona, Spain.

Marking the 30th anniversary of the Barcelona Process, this high-level gathering will bring together policymakers, representatives of regional institutions, think tanks, civil society actors, and economic stakeholders to rethink the framework of Euro-Mediterranean cooperation. The event aims to outline a concrete and ambitious roadmap structured around three key pillars: economic development, political and institutional dialogue, and business & innovation.

In a context marked by profound geopolitical, economic, and climate-related transformations, Emmanuel Noutary will contribute to the collective reflection on how to activate the necessary levers to strengthen strategic and sustainable integration across the Euro-Mediterranean region.

This event is part of the lead-up to the Union for the Mediterranean regional forum, scheduled for November 2025, and represents a crucial milestone in building a shared, pragmatic, and inclusive vision for the future of the Euro-Mediterranean partnership.
